Overview
The idea for askRobot came about when I was juggling school, work and side projects. I was so busy that looking up on yelp for places to go eat or coffee shops to work at felt like too much work. So I thought of an ideal app that would know the users preferences based on their profile and history visits with a quick way to search places on the go.
Challenge
I began building persona profiles to better understand probable cases where the app would prove useful. Understanding the user journey helps to layout the flow for the app.
Solution
After sending out surveys and receiving feedback, the research and design gradually came together.
